Job summary

Arthrex APAC is seeking an exceptional capital equipment sales professional to drive growth in a new portfolio across power tools, working with surgeons and hospital leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

This role is not transactional; you will own a high‑value territory, influence purchasing decisions, and shape healthcare delivery across Australia and New Zealand as Arthrex continues to invest in capital technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio (Capital Sales of Power Tools, Arthroscopy, Orthopaedics etc) preferred
• Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex capital sales cycles within the hospital system
• Customer solutions focussed and strategic ability to find the long term win
• Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills
• Excellent communication, time management and good attention to detail

This is an opportunity to represent a market-leader in orthopaedics as we build a new portfolio across power tools. You'll work directly with surgeons, executive hospital stakeholders and healthcare leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.
