Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a national sales leader to build and accelerate a new strategic business unit within one of the world’s leading orthopaedic organisations across Australia. You will shape national sales strategy, develop the team and establish the commercial capability to build a market-leading capital business.

This role requires a proven leader in capital equipment, power tools, or complex healthcare sales, with the ability to drive strategy, people and execution.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong track record in capital equipment, medical technology, orthopaedics or similar complex healthcare sales.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and elevate sales team performance.
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national capital equipment sales strategy and growth across Australia.
• Develop and coach a national sales team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting and performance leadership across the portfolio.

You will bring:

• A strong track record of success in capital equipment, medical technology, orthopaedics or another complex healthcare sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and elevate the performance of sales professionals
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence leading major negotiations
• A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and performance leadership
• Executive-level communication, influence and stakeholder management skills
• The resilience, curiosity and ambition required to build a new growth platform
