Arthrex is seeking an exceptional capital equipment sales professional to drive the growth of a new business unit representing power tools in Sydney, NSW. You will work directly with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

This is a role for high performers in capital equipment, offering strategic influence, long-term impact and significant exposure across orthopaedics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio preferred.
• Proven track record of sales achievements in complex capital sales.
• Customer solutions focussed with strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-value territory (Sydney, NSW) and lead complex commercial engagements.
• Influence purchasing decisions that shape healthcare delivery for years, not months.
• Build markets, shape strategy and create meaningful impact within the new business unit.
