Job summary

Arthrex APAC is seeking an exceptional national sales leader to build and accelerate a strategic capital equipment business across Australia.

You will shape the national sales strategy, develop the team, and establish the commercial capability required to create a market-leading capital portfolio. Experience in capital equipment or complex healthcare sales and a proven ability to lead, coach and execute across long sales cycles is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment, medical technology, orthopaedics or similar complex healthcare sales.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and elevate sales professionals.
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence in major negotiations.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales strategy for Arthrex Capital Equipment Technologies in Australia.
• Develop and nurture the national sales team, driving performance and capability.
• Establish commercial processes and governance to build a market-leading capital business.
