Arthrex seeks an exceptional capital equipment sales professional to drive growth in a new power tools portfolio, partnering with surgeons and hospital leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and commercial results.

You will own a high-value Sydney territory, lead complex engagements, and influence purchasing decisions that shape healthcare delivery for years, not months. This is not a transactional sales role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hospital or capital sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in complex capital sales cycles within hospital systems.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship skills.

At Arthrex, we're seeking an exceptional capital equipment sales professional to drive the continued growth of a new business unit and key focus area within the organisation.

This is an opportunity to represent a market-leader in orthopaedics as we build a new portfolio across power tools. You'll work directly with surgeons, executive hospital stakeholders and healthcare leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

If you're currently a high performer in capital equipment/ power tools and are looking for the opportunity to build something new and shape a market we'd like to speak with you.

This is not a transactional sales role.

You will own a high-value territory and lead complex commercial engagements. You will influence purchasing decisions that shape healthcare delivery for years, not months.

As Arthrex continues to invest heavily in Capital Technologies across Australia and New Zealand, this role offers significant exposure to future growth opportunities across power tools, enabling technologies, robotics and surgical innovation.

About the Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio (Capital Sales of Power Tools, Arthroscopy, Orthopaedics etc) preferred
• Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex capital sales cycles within the hospital system
• Customer solutions focussed and strategic ability to find the long term win
• Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills
• Excellent communication, time management and good attention to detail
