Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a national sales leader to drive the capital portfolio across Australia. You will shape strategy, develop a high-performing team, and build commercial capability for a market-leading business unit within a world-leading orthopaedics organisation.

The role requires proven leadership in capital equipment, power tools or healthcare sales, with the ability to coordinate across clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in capital equipment or complex healthcare sales.
• Experience leading sales teams and coaching high performers.
• Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.

You Will Bring

• A strong track record of success in capital equipment, medical technology, orthopaedics or another complex healthcare sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and elevate the performance of sales professionals
• Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence leading major negotiations
• A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and performance leadership
• Executive-level communication, influence and stakeholder management skills
• The resilience, curiosity and ambition required to build a new growth platform
