Arthrex GmbH in Melbourne is seeking an experienced medical device sales professional to join a market-leading Orthopaedics brand. You will support surgeons and healthcare professionals in hospital operating theatres, delivering technical and clinical assistance to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will attend cases, drive product launches, manage key accounts, map leads, and use sales metrics to accelerate performance within your Territory of

This role will suit an experienced medical device/orthopaedic sales representative seeking to join a market leading brand in Orthopaedics. Alternatively, you may be a podiatrist, physiotherapist or other allied healthcare professional looking to make a change in your career.
With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, you will work provide a range of technical and clinical support activities to surgeons and medical professionals within the public and private hospital operating theatre setting to ensure optimal patient and clinical outcomes.
Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
Attending cases and provide clinical support for Sports Medicine procedures,
Delivering results in line with the business strategy and pursuing sales focused outcomes whilst supporting your assigned territory and team
Mapping out and converting leads to execute successful product launches
Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or experienced Scrub Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists or Paramedics looking to make a transition into sales.
Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approach
Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
