Job summary

Coadys Personnel Consultants in Sydney seeks a proactive field sales professional to drive new business across Hospitality, Healthcare and related sectors. You will manage on-road visits, present tailored product ranges and close contracts with new customers.

You must have B2B sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. This role covers the Sydney metro and surrounding areas, with a generous commissions plan including guaranteed commissions for the

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a reputable organisation in this dynamic 'on the road' sales role. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager specific responsibilities include:

• Identifying and generating new business opportunities across market segments including Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare & more
• Maintaining sales activity through researching, cold calling, networking, prospecting and face-to-face appointments
• Presenting product ranges specific to the needs of customers
• Completing sales contracts and onboarding new customers
• Actively participating in Sales meetings, events and special projects
• Ensuring all sales and customer data is captured and maintained

To be successful in this position you will be a proactive and driven sales professional with demonstrated experience and results in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Additionally:

• B2B Sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
• Current drivers license (essential)

Note that this position will be based out of Enfield however largely on the road with the territory including Sydney metro, South (as far as Cronulla / Southerland), North (to Hornsby), Inner West & West (as far as Wetherill Park).
