Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join a leading fleet intelligence and asset management technology provider. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to coordinate orders, maintain customer data, and ensure timely delivery while supporting billing and service delivery.

This permanent hybrid role offers an immediate start, an Adelaide CBD office, and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating orders and dealing with quotations.
• Strong data accuracy and records management.
• Familiar with CRM platforms; Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and maintain accurate customer and asset information.
• Prepare and issue quotations in line with approved pricing and commercial agreements.
• Process customer orders ensuring PO numbers, pricing, product details and documentation are complete.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems (opportunities, activities, orders).
• Coordinate maintenance requests with customers and internal teams; ensure documentation is complete.
• Provide customer/order information to billing, implementation, service delivery and support teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries about quotations, orders and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery, outcomes or efficiency.
