Michael Page is seeking a proactive Coordination professional based in Subiaco, Perth, to manage end-to-end customer jobs. You will coordinate with customers, technicians and internal teams to ensure orders are organised, scheduled and delivered as expected.

You'll work across implementation, logistics, billing and reporting, with hybrid working available after six months. If you enjoy staying on top of detail and taking ownership, this role offers exposure to multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing work orders and understanding what needs to be delivered.
• Coordinating with customers and keeping them updated.
• Scheduling technicians and managing their availability.
• Preparing job briefs and ensuring technicians have what they need.
• Working with the Logistics team to coordinate hardware and stock.
• Tracking multiple jobs and making sure deadlines are met.
• Following up on outstanding actions and resolving issues; coordinating changes or rescheduling when required.
• Checking completed work and obtaining the required approvals.
• Reconciling technician costs, products and other job information.
• Assisting with billing and invoicing.
• Providing regular updates and reporting to the Implementation Manager.
