Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a hybrid-role in Melbourne for an ongoing casual position supporting SAP order processing and customer enquiries. You will handle internal and external orders, manage pricing requests, and issue invoices, with potential for permanency after a training period.

The role runs 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home after training. Strong SAP and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on SAP experience is essential.
• Customer service and order-processing experience.
• Excel confidence, accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Clear communication, planning and organisation skills.
• Chemical industry experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and update records in SAP.
• Respond to customer and internal queries by phone and other channels.
• Enter sales orders and maintain accurate data.
• Request raw-material pricing and raise purchase orders.
• Invoice sales orders and follow up customer payments
