Job summary

DCL Recruitment is helping a well‑established Australian business in Manly, NSW fill a Purchasing Coordinator/Customer Service role. This full‑time hybrid position sits in a friendly supply chain team and ensures orders are processed and stock arrives on time.

Duties include issuing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers on stock, lead times and deliveries; monitoring orders; updating CRM records; and supporting customer orders in collaboration with Customer Service.

• Intermediate skills Word / Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, lead times and delivery.
• Monitor and track orders coordinating and managing deliveries.
• Identify and assist with supply chain issues, shipment delays and returns.
• Update and maintain orders, supplier information and records in CRM.
• Manage supplier documentation ensuring records are up to date and accurate.
• Assist with processing customers orders working collaboratively with customer service team.
• Reconcile shipment documentation against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
