Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or customer service support.
• Data entry and CRM experience.
• Strong attention to detail when processing orders.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately using Unleashed (ERP) and CRM systems.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, product information, and general enquiries.
• Maintain and update customer, pricing, and product data across ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as required.
• Generate basic reports and insights using Excel and internal systems.
