Job summary

Talent Connect Australia is seeking a switched-on Customer Service Representative to join a global manufacturing company on a 6-month fixed term contract in Sydney. You will be the go-to person for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and coordinating with sales and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries.

You'll join a supportive team with a strong culture, delivering prompt service via phone and email, and maintaining accurate data entry and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administration, internal sales, or similar office-based role.
• SAP order entry experience is a must.
• 6 month fixed term contract.
• Confident communicator, great on the phone and in writing.
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy.
• Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Excel skills and call centre experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing through SAP.
• Being the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Handling customer concerns with professionalism and providing suitable solutions.
• Tracking and following up on deliveries and stock availabilities.
• Liaising between customers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
• Providing general admin and ad-hoc support across the division.
