Job summary

Virtu is an Australian IT solutions provider seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Alexandria office in Sydney. This full-time, in-office role handles turning accepted sales orders into supplier PO, inventory control, and coordination with 3PL partners to keep orders moving.

You will work with our Operations lead in the Philippines, manage stock and deliveries, and handle post-sale issues using our ERP/CRM systems. 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Hands-on: able to pack, ship orders, receive deliveries and move stock.

Responsibilities

• Process orders fast: turning accepted sales orders into supplier purchase orders the same day.
• Own our Alexandria storeroom: organize stock, run stocktakes, keep stock register accurate in VMS.
• Manage 3PL partners: coordinate stock arrivals, on-hand quantities and shipments with proper paperwork.
• Source stock from core distributors (Ingram Micro, Dicker Data, Synnex) and other suppliers to meet client timelines.
• Chase every stuck order: track ETAs, follow up with suppliers, and set next actions with dates.
• Arrange freight and delivery: handle client-specific delivery requirements and damaged/missing items.
• Fix post-sale issues: RMAs, warranty claims and licensing delivery problems.
• Start each day on exceptions: clear urgent recoveries and address backlog.
