Fire Systems Products in Sydney is seeking an experienced sales administrator to support customer enquiries, quotes and orders. You will work across phone, email and in person to ensure accurate processing and timely communication with customers.

You’ll manage quotes, invoicing and freight, use Odoo or similar ERP systems, and collaborate with the warehouse team to keep deliveries smooth. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, sales administration or customer service
• Hands-on experience with quotes, order processing, invoicing and freight
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check your work before it goes out
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and stay calm in a busy environment
• A team player who enjoys working with customers
• Keen to learn the technical side of fire systems products
• Experience with Odoo or another ERP or CRM system (desirable)
• Knowledge of the fire protection, building services or trade supply industries (desirable)

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Prepare accurate quotes for the right parts, using quote templates
• Request information and site photos needed from customers before quoting
• Check freight costs, especially for long-distance deliveries, and use FSP transport where it fits
• Enter and update enquiries, quotes and sales orders in Odoo
• Receive customer purchase orders and attach them to the matching sales order
• Record each customer's name and contact number on the order so the warehouse can deliver smoothly
• Generate invoices and keep accurate records, including job folders on the server
• Check and report on stock availability, pricing and delivery times
• Arrange freight and keep customers updated on their orders
