Job summary

Refresco is seeking an organised, detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Associate to join our warehouse and delivery operations in Bankstown, Australia. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain within a global leader.

You will prepare and process daily orders, schedule deliveries with transport carriers, maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics, and help with reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Year 12 certificate or some experience in logistics, administration, or customer service.
• Good numerical skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing daily orders, picklists, and dispatch paperwork.
• Scheduling deliveries with transport carriers and confirming details.
• Keeping delivery records up to date in systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Handling freight documents, CHEP dockets, and pallet reconciliations.
• Updating delivery trackers and communicating changes to the team.
• Helping resolve delivery delays, shortages, or issues.
• Assisting with reporting and process improvements.
• Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised.
