Next Level Elevators Pty Ltd in Rosebery, NSW is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our NSW team. You’ll manage the customer journey from enquiry to handover, coordinate CRM activity, and support both sales and operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales support or a similar role, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational ability. This full‑time role is based onsite in Rosebery, with day‑to‑day office responsibilities and customer facing duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales support or a coordination role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience using a CRM or similar business system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, positive and team‑focused approach.
• Experience in construction/building services/manufacturing is advantageous; Simpro experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers by phone, email, online and in our Rosebery showroom.
• Manage incoming enquiries, qualify leads and allocate them to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up outstanding and aged enquiries.
• Support the sales team with sales closure, order processing and invoicing.
• Coordinate project drawings, approvals and revisions.
• Track project stages and help keep key actions on schedule.
• Coordinate handover of sold projects to production and procurement.
• Provide general sales and administrative support to the NSW team.
• Help with front‑of‑house and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Rosebery office.
