Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ – Sydney NSW is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for our NSW team in Rosebery. You will sit at the center of the sales and customer journey, handling inquiries, supporting the sales team and ensuring projects move from initial enquiry through to production and handover.

This role offers exposure to the sales process, a hands-on environment, and the opportunity to build commercial experience while working closely with customers and an experienced sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration or a similar coordination role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence working across multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience using a CRM or similar business system.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Proactive approach and willingness to follow tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries across phone, email, online and showroom channels.
• Qualifying incoming leads and allocating opportunities to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up outstanding or aged enquiries.
• Supporting the sales team with order processing, invoicing and sales administration.
• Coordinating project drawings, approvals and revisions.
• Tracking project stages, actions and key deadlines.
• Coordinating handovers between sales, production and procurement.
• Supporting reporting, customer follow-up and the day-to-day running of the NSW office.
