Job summary

Next Level Elevators is seeking a NSW Sales Support Coordinator to join our Rosebery team. This full-time, office-based role combines front-of-house duties with handling inbound and digital enquiries, CRM (Simpro) sales administration, invoicing and production coordination, guiding the customer from first enquiry to project handover.

You’ll qualify leads, log information in Simpro, manage invoicing, and coordinate drawings and handovers to production, ensuring accurate records and timely updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a sales or sales administration role.
• Experience within construction, building services, home lifts or manufacturing is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in customer interaction and objection handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Simpro preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone and digital enquiries.
• Qualify leads and log mandatory information in Simpro.
• Process email and web form enquiries and follow up aged leads.
• Manage sales closure, invoicing and payment follow-up with the sales team.
• Order and manage project drawings, approvals and revisions.
• Coordinate handover to production and procurement.
• Maintain CRM and project records; report on status.
• Support front desk, reception and general administration.
