Job summary

Moduplay Group is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Unanderra office. You will work with the GM – Sales and our Project Consultants to maintain a high-potential pipeline and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

You will manage campaign activity, pipeline inputs, and prospect data with a Researcher and Campaign Assistant, acting as the backbone of the sales team to keep systems running and data clean.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns or marketing activities and supporting sales and/or pipeline generation activities.
• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot CRM is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns and pipeline inputs with the team to maintain flow of opportunities.
• Manage campaign activity, pipeline and prospect data alongside Researchers and Campaign Assistants.
• Ensure CRM data cleanliness and accurate reporting for the sales team.
• Support smooth systems operation to minimise bottlenecks for the sales function.
