Job summary

Moduplay Group in Wollongong NSW is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the GM - Sales and Project Consultants, managing campaign activity, pipeline inputs, and prospect data to keep systems running smoothly.

You will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring data accuracy, clean records and efficient processes, with an immediate start and growth opportunities within a collaborative office in Unanderra.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns or marketing activities and supporting sales/pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated experience in HubSpot CRM is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign activity, pipeline and opportunity inputs, and prospect data with the Researcher and Campaign Assistant.
• Maintain clean customer data and smooth systems across the sales team.
• Help remove bottlenecks to improve conversion potential.
