Qualifications

• Proven residential real estate sales experience.
• Strong listing, negotiation and transactional experience.
• Ability to lead a small team while maintaining your own sales pipeline.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of the North Shore market advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Mandarin language skills highly regarded due to the role’s client base.
