Recruit & Consult – Sydney North Shore NSW is seeking a Support role for a Lead Buyer’s Agent to source and assess residential property from brief through to purchase. You will build strong agent relationships to access off-market stock while developing your skills toward managing your own clients.

Main tasks include building relationships, inspecting and shortlisting properties, supporting negotiations, managing research and due diligence, prospecting for new clients, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Real Estate experience in sales or buyer management.
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license.
• Knowledge of the North Shore and local amenities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable car.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.

Experience required:
