Fitness Cartel is expanding its Cairns club and seeks a Sales Manager to lead the pre-sales team, build a founding member base and drive rapid growth in a high-energy setting. You will recruit, coach and empower Membership Consultants, while forging partnerships and executing local marketing efforts to exceed targets.

The role offers uncapped earning potential through pre-sale commissions and a clear path to Club General Manager as the brand grows in the region.

• Support the Club General Manager with operational procedures, meetings and team development.
