Job summary

Fitness Cartel Australia is launching a brand-new Cairns club and is building an elite pre-sale team to drive memberships before opening. This is your chance to join from day one, sell an incredible product, and earn strong commissions while helping launch one of Australia’s fastest-growing fitness brands.

You’ll generate leads, deliver sales presentations, and build great member experiences as you work toward ambitious targets with full training and a clear path to leadership within the Cartel.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Strong communication skills and a confident presenting style.
• Energetic, coachable and capable of working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the club’s pre-sales campaign and generate excitement before opening.
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members.
• Build relationships and deliver great member experiences.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
• Track leads and conversions using the CRM and coordinate with the team.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind membership growth for our new club.

You will:

• Drive the club’s pre-sales campaign, generating excitement before the club opens
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships, and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build strong relationships and create great member experiences
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments and conversions using our CRM
• Work closely with your team to help launch and grow the club successfully

• Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
• Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
• Sales experience is a bonus — but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
