Fitness Cartel is expanding its Cairns club and seeks a Sales Manager to lead the pre-sales team, build a founding member base and drive rapid growth in a high-energy setting. You will recruit, coach and empower Membership Consultants, while forging partnerships and executing local marketing efforts to exceed targets.

The role offers uncapped earning potential through pre-sale commissions and a clear path to Club General Manager as the brand grows in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leader with a track record of hitting/exceeding KPIs.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy sales environments.
• Motivational leader who coaches and develops teams.
• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and confidently.
• Experience prospecting and closing sales, including B2B partnerships.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing and partnerships teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the pre-sales campaign to build a founding Cairns membership base.
• Recruit, train and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets.
• Drive membership growth through local marketing and community engagement.
• Lead by example in prospecting, converting leads and daily sales targets.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, SMS and email campaigns.
• Track performance using Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales systems.
• Support Club General Manager with team development and operations.
