Fitness Cartel Australia is hiring a Sales Manager to launch our Cairns club and build a founding membership community. You will lead a pre-sales team, recruit and train Membership Consultants, and drive rapid member growth through local marketing and partnerships.

Formación

• Proven sales leader with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• Experience in building and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
• Ability to drive membership growth through marketing and partnerships.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑energy sales environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the club’s pre-sales campaign and establish a founding membership base.
• Recruit, train and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets.
• Drive membership growth via local marketing, partnerships and events.
• Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and leadership.
• Plan lead-generation strategies including B2B partnerships and community events.
• Prospect, convert leads and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Support marketing efforts including social media and emails.
• Utilize Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance.
