Fitness Cartel is seeking a driven Membership Consultant for the Mackay Club to lead member growth and drive sales. You will generate leads, deliver presentations, and guide tours to potential members while building lasting relationships and achieving targets.

• Track leads, appointments, and conversions in the CRM daily.
• Collaborate with the team to grow club membership.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:

• Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
• Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM
• Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive

• Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
