Nano Joinery is seeking two experienced sales professionals to grow builder partnerships in south-east Melbourne. You will develop and maintain builder relationships, visit sites to understand project needs, and host clients at the Kew showroom to support quoting and project coordination.

We offer a full-time, flexible role with autonomous field work and regional territory coverage. Probation pays market-rate with superannuation; generous commission thereafter.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years sales experience in building materials.
• Strong network of builder contacts.
• Basic knowledge of cabinetry or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Nano Joinery is a custom cabinetry company with a showroom in Kew, Melbourne. Our products are manufactured by our partner factory in China and shipped directly to Australia. To grow our builder partnerships, we are looking for two experienced sales professionals to join our team.

The Role

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, bringing new builder projects to the company
• Visit builders and construction sites to understand project needs and secure new business
• Host clients at our Kew showroom and work with our team on quoting and project coordination

About You

• 3+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry
• A strong network of builder contacts
• Basic knowledge of cabinetry, or a strong ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded

Working Arrangements

• Full-time position
• No daily office attendance required - work from home and out in the field
• Territory: south-east Melbourne
