Job summary

Nano Joinery is seeking two experienced sales professionals to grow builder partnerships in south-east Melbourne. You will develop and maintain builder relationships, visit sites to understand project needs, and host clients at the Kew showroom to support quoting and project coordination.

We offer a full-time, flexible role with autonomous field work and regional territory coverage. Probation pays market-rate with superannuation; generous commission thereafter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building materials.
• Strong network of builder contacts.
• Basic knowledge of cabinetry or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders and bring in new projects.
• Visit builders and construction sites to assess needs and secure business.
• Host clients at the Kew showroom and coordinate quotes with the team.
