Job summary

Crowne Plaza Perth is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to drive hotel event bookings and coordinate sales activities. You will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and work autonomously to champion events in your own style.

This on-site role requires availability during business hours, with about three days per week in the office, and five days during peak periods. Key duties include handling event enquiries, converting queries into bookings, preparing contracts, issuing BEOs,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Being the key contact for all event enquiries.
• Liaising with clients to convert queries into sales/bookings.
• Preparing event contracts.
• Issuing Banqueting Event Orders (BEO's).
• Finalising client payments and issuing invoices.
• Client follow up and feedback after each completed event.
