Job summary

Hyde Perth is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales team on site, helping manage enquiries, client communications, proposals and event opportunities with professionalism.

You will work closely with the Director of Sales and wider teams across Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to keep CRM data accurate, prepare contracts, quotes and presentations, coordinate site visits and joint client communications, and

Qualifications

• Organised and customer-focused with admin experience.
• Experience in hospitality or sales support is advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales team.
• Prepare and distribute proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other client documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and contact information within the CRM and hotel systems.
• Assist with diary management, meeting coordination and preparation for client appointments and sales meetings.
• Assist with internal events coordination.
• Maintain organised sales files and records.
• Support coordination of site inspections and client visits.
