You will source new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads, becoming the face of Realtair for prospective

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in a SaaS company selling to the real estate industry in Australia.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales platforms; strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets; able to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, calls, and social media targeting Australian real estate agents and principals.
• Inbound prospecting – nurture and qualify leads engaged with Realtair.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline through all stages, identifying opportunities to sign new customers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos between account executives and prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead generation and collateral.
• Be the face of Realtair and engage potential customers, understanding their business pains.
