REA Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads and qualify opportunities for Realtair, REA Group’s end-to-end workflow platform for real estate agencies in Australia. You will drive outbound prospecting, nurture inbound inquiries and empower account executives with qualified opportunities.

The role emphasizes CRM usage, collaboration with marketing, and building relationships with real estate agents and principals across Australia.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably SaaS
• Experience generating leads and managing a sales pipeline
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, social)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos
• Collaborate with account executives and marketing to improve lead gen and sales processes
• Be the face of Realtair and the first point of contact for prospects
