Job summary

Realtair is REA Group’s end‑to‑end workflow platform for real estate agencies, helping agents move from initial conversations to final settlement. As the SDR, you will generate and qualify leads, schedule demos, and support account directors through the sales cycle.

You will use email, phone, and social channels to reach Australian real estate professionals, build pipelines, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in a SaaS company selling to real estate in Australia.
• Tech savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification.
• Support account directors with prospecting, appointment setting and enablement activities.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective customers via email, phone and social channels.
• Manage a sales pipeline through all stages and drive opportunities to sign‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and sales collateral.
