Job summary

Hilton Cairns, DoubleTree by Hilton Cairns and Hilton Palm Cove Resort & Spa are seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support three properties across Cairns and Palm Cove. You will manage group, conference and event enquiries from initial contact through contracting and handover, building strong client relationships with clients and partners.

Hilton Cairns | DoubleTree by Hilton Cairns | Hilton Palm Cove Resort & Spa An exciting opportunity is available to join our Commercial team as Cluster Sales Coordinator, supporting three Hilton properties across Cairns and Palm Cove. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, converting enquiries and coordinating group and event requirements from initial enquiry through to handover. You will work closely with clients, Sales, Conference & Events and hotel Operations teams to ensure every detail is communicated accurately and delivered seamlessly.

• Previous experience in hotel sales, groups, events or a similar coordination role is preferred.


• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.


• Confident written and verbal communication skills.


• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.


• A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Experience with Delphi, OnQ or similar hotel systems would be advantageous.


• Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
