Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Carlingford area seeks an ambitious Sales Associate to advance toward a Director role. You will work directly with a highly experienced Principal, gaining hands-on mentoring and exposure to active campaigns as you develop into a top sales professional.

The role offers a base salary plus lucrative commissions, a car allowance, and a provided phone. Training, ongoing coaching and real career progression are highlighted throughout the program.

Qualificações

• COR is required to operate as a licensed real estate professional in NSW.
• Previous real estate experience is beneficial, but candidates with minimal experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated drive, willingness to learn and long-term career focus in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Handle buyer callbacks, inquiries, and follow up.
• Assist with open homes and private inspections.
• Conduct warm and cold calling to generate opportunities.
• Prospect through door knocking and database management.
• Assist Principal with listing and sales campaigns.
• Build relationships with buyers, vendors and clients.
• Support negotiations from listing to closing.
• Collaborate with the Principal to grow the business and listings.

The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded boutique real estate agency located in the heart of Carlingford, known for its personalised service, strong local presence and experienced leadership.

With over 25 years of industry experience, the Principal has built an established reputation in the local market and is now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to work directly alongside him.

This is not just another Sales Associate position. You'll be involved in the entire sales process, receive hands-on training and gain the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to eventually become a successful agent in your own right.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct buyer callbacks and follow up on enquiries
• Attend and assist with open homes and private inspections
• Undertake warm and cold calling to generate new opportunities
• Prospect through door knocking and database management
• Assist the Principal with listing and sales campaigns
• Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
• Support negotiations and the sales process from start to finish
• Work closely with the Principal to grow the business and generate listings

What We're Looking For

• Previous real estate experience is advantageous, however minimal experience will be considered!
• A current Certificate of Registration (COR)
• A reliable car and driver's licence
• A confident, personable and professional approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to prospect
• Someone hungry to learn, motivated by success and eager to build a long-term career in sales
