• Commercially switched on and motivated by the opportunity to build serious income
• Knows how to build relationships, nurture a database and turn opportunities into business
• Already has runs on the board in real estate sales and is ready for more ownership, more opportunity and bigger results
• Willing to back themselves, put in the work and take full accountability for their success
