Job summary

Baker Recruitment seeks an experienced Sales Associate to join a high-performing residential sales team in Balmain. Take ownership of campaigns from listing through to settlement, building strong client relationships and managing the sales process.

Coordinate open homes, inspections, buyer inquiries and follow-ups, while maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors. You will oversee contracts, CRM management and vendor communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate experience is required.
• Must hold NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns from listing to settlement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage property campaigns from pre-market to settlement, including marketing and vendor communication.
• Coordinate open homes, private inspections and buyer follow-ups; build relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Oversee sales administration, contracts, CRM management and liaise with solicitors and conveyancers.

About You:

• Previous real estate experience, ideally as a Sales Associate or in a similar role.
• Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from listing through to settlement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with sales administration, contracts and CRM systems.
• Professional presentation, a client-focused approach and a genuine passion for real estate.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
