Job summary

Christian Adam Recruitment – Sydney North Shore NSW is partnering with a top Lower North Shore real estate agent to recruit an experienced Sales Associate who will run the desk beside a high-performing mentor. This is not entry-level or shadowing; you will own campaigns, manage buyers and vendors, open homes and inspections, and drive day-to-day activity for a busy, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous real estate sales experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of sales campaigns and timelines.
• Confident dealing with buyers and vendors; strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales campaigns from launch through to exchange.
• Liaise directly with buyers and vendors and manage listings.
• Conduct open homes and private inspections when required.
• Follow up leads and feedback; assist with pricing and updates.
• Keep campaigns running smoothly when the agent is unavailable.

We're partnering with one of the Lower North Shore's leading sales agents, a genuine top performer with over a decade in the market, a premium listing base and a reputation built on results, to find an experienced Sales Associate ready to run beside them, not behind them.

This isn't entry-level, and it isn't a shadowing role.

You’ll step into a busy, high-performing desk with a strong pipeline of quality listings and take real ownership of the sales process, campaigns, buyers, vendors, inspections and the day-to-day that keeps a top agent's business moving. When they're out winning and closing business, you're the one making sure nothing slips. Do it well and this is one of the best seats in the business. You’ll learn directly from a genuine market leader, earn real money through commissions, and build a clear path toward becoming an agent in your own right.

The Role

• Coordinate sales campaigns from launch through to exchange
• Liaise directly with buyers and vendors
• Manage listing documentation, marketing and deadlines

About You
