Gough Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to support a top-selling Principal in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This role offers exposure to luxury properties and elite clientele, with a clear path toward a standalone Sales Agent position.

You will learn from a high-performing agent, participate in prospecting, open homes, vendor and buyer negotiations, and manage relationships across the sales cycle. A commission-based structure rewards results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience within residential real estate sales.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Highly motivated, energetic and career-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining a strong database.
• Managing buyer enquiries via phone and email.
• Conducting open homes and property inspections.
• Assisting with marketing appointments and auctions.

The Role:

Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process while developing the skills required to become a successful Sales Agent. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales, including:
