Job summary

MSR Talent in Sydney's Inner West seeks a Sales Associate to work directly with a top Director on a premium listing portfolio. You will act as second agent across all listings, gaining exposure to high-profile properties and a best-in-class sales process.

Qualified candidates include established Sales Associates or those moving up from Admin or Leasing with real estate industry experience. A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a current driver's licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Work as second agent supporting the Director across all listings
• Prospecting for listings
• Attend appraisals and listing presentations with the Director
• Attend and assist at open homes, auctions and private inspections
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors
• Manage buyer inquiries and follow up communication
• Assist with the sales process through to settlement
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads
• Represent the Director professionally at all touch points of the sales process

The Role You will work as second agent across all of the Director's listings, including some high profile properties and high price point sales. This is a role built for someone who wants excellent training and real exposure to a top performing sales process.

Both established Sales Associates and candidates stepping up from an Admin or Leasing background will be considered, provided you have real estate industry experience.
