Job summary

Ray White Upper North Shore is seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to join a high-performing sales team. You will gain hands-on exposure across the complete sales process, from prospecting to settlement, in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

The role emphasizes building relationships, outbound calling, appraisals, and auctions, with mentoring and growth opportunities within a supportive, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous real estate sales experience is essential.
• Mandarin language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent qualification and driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are a non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with potential vendors and curating a pipeline.
• Making outbound calls, organising and following up our database.
• Identifying and booking appraisal opportunities from multiple avenues.
• Buyer follow-up following open homes and private inspections.
• Curating and publishing vendor reports with buyer feedback.
• Assisting at open homes, auctions and private inspections.
• Supporting listing and sales campaigns from launch through to settlement.
• Growing and maintaining the database efficiently.
• Building and maintaining relationships through calling and door knocking.
• Working closely with the wider sales and support team.

An exciting opportunity is available for an ambitious and energetic Sales Associate to join one of Ray White Upper North Shore’s high-performing sales teams.

You will gain hands-on exposure to the complete sales process across Sydney’s Upper North Shore, including prospecting, buyer management, appraisals, listing campaigns, open homes, auctions and negotiations.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
