Job summary

Resolver Recruitment in Manly is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support two Directors and build a long-term career in real estate sales. The role focuses on attitude, work ethic and ambitious growth, with opportunities to learn the local market and develop client relationships.

You will prospect, undertake open homes support, prospect for new business, callback databases and help with local area marketing.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration is essential.
• Attitude and ambition are key; prior experience not required.
• Reliable car and current driver’s license preferred.

Job description

We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join a high-performing Manly team, supporting two established Directors. Whether you already have some real estate experience or you're looking for your first opportunity in the industry, this is a fantastic chance to build the foundations for a successful long-term career in sales.

This role is all about attitude, work ethic and ambition. If you're hungry to learn, confident speaking with people and genuinely want to become a successful Sales Agent, we want to hear from you.

The Role

• Supporting two experienced Directors
• Prospecting and new business activity
• Database callbacks and relationship building
• Assisting with open homes
• Letterbox drops and local area marketing
• Organising pre-settlement gifts
• General Sales Associate duties
• Building your knowledge of the local property market

About You

• Current Certificate of Registration – essential
• Experience is not essential – attitude and ambition are key
• Reliable car and current driver's licence
• Ideally based around the Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Confident communication and people skills
• Proactive, energetic and willing to get involved
• Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
• Genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in real estate sales
• Ambitious to eventually progress into becoming a successful Sales Agent
