Job summary

MJH Group (McDonald Jones Homes) is seeking a Display Home Consultant in the Hunter Region, primarily based in Cooranbong. You will welcome customers, guide them through design options, and collaborate with a Building & Design Consultant to convert enquiries into opportunities.

You will showcase home designs, manage appointments, and maintain a showroom-ready display daily, while building product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Assist customers at display homes in the Hunter Region, based in Cooranbong.
• Be the first friendly face, creating a welcoming display home experience.
• Partner with Building & Design Consultant to turn enquiries into opportunities.
• Understand lifestyle needs to match clients with dream home designs.
• Showcase design options and guide customers through possibilities.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain strong follow-up with clients.
• Assist with tenders, paperwork, and CRM updates behind the scenes.
• Maintain showroom display home to be showroom-ready daily.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely under the guidance of a Sales Consultant, you will support customers at the start of their home building journey, providing guidance, inspiration, and a seamless experience within the display home environment. Your key focus will be:

• Based in one of our stunning display homes in the Hunter Region (Likely primarily based in Cooranbong)
• Be the first friendly face customers meet, creating a welcoming and memorable display home experience
• Partner with the Building & Design Consultant to turn enquiries into real opportunities
• Connect with customers to understand their lifestyle and help match them with their dream home design
• Bring designs to life by showcasing options and guiding customers through possibilities
• Coordinate appointments and maintain strong follow up with clients
• Play a hands on role behind the scenes with tenders, paperwork, and CRM updates
• Build your industry knowledge across home design, products, and building requirements
• Take pride in maintaining a beautiful, showroom ready display home every day
