Job summary

NEX Building Group Pty Ltd, via the McDonald Jones Homes brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the ACT sales team. You will engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using award-winning designs, working mainly from Denman Prospect display homes.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant, focusing on welcoming customers, guiding them through the sales cycle, and helping them choose their dream home.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• KPI driven mindset and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work from Denman Prospect display homes to meet customers.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the display home and greet customers.
• Support customers through the sales cycle and present information to help them select their home.
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant on ad-hoc tasks.
• Engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using award-winning designs.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely under the guidance of a Sales Consultant, you will be a key team member of the ACT McDonald Jones Homes sales team. Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs.

• Work from one of our stunning display homes (mainly at Denman Prospect)
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the display home ensuring all customers are met and greeted warmly.
• Create memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle
• Present information to help customers confidently select and create their dream home
• Collaborating with the Sales Consultant in adhoc tasks
