Job summary

NEX Building Group Pty Ltd, the leading residential home builder in NSW, is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to greet visitors at the display home, schedule appointments, and support the display centre operations.

You will collaborate with Sales Consultants to nurture leads through to closing, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation within required timeframes. Availability includes Saturday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments.
• Support with the day-to-day operations of the display centre.
• Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
• Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met.
• Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard and within required timeframes.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate works closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments
