Job summary

National Tiles is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Warners Bay store in NSW. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through their projects and help create an inspiring showroom experience.

This casual role requires Mon & Sat availability and a passion for design and home improvement. Join a team that offers ongoing training through the National Tiles Academy, weekly pay, employee discounts, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build a welcoming showroom experience.

• Manage end-to-end sale process from concept to delivery with accuracy.
• Champion safety and maintain showroom standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets and deliver great customer experiences.

About The Role

Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Warners Bay store, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
• Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
• Unpack and understand each customer’s project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
• Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
• Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
• Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
