National Tiles is seeking a Trade Assistant at our Bankstown store to help drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects.

This role suits someone with a design background or interest in interior architecture, who is keen to learn and grow in a friendly environment. Part-time hours with on-site duties and forklift responsibility are included.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and make them feel welcomed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Contribute to a store experience that reflects high industry standards.
• Provide expert product advice across the National Tiles range.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and re-engage inactive accounts.
• Manage quotes, delivery, and stock with clear communication.
• Safely operate a forklift to assist with deliveries and dispatch.
• Maintain health and safety practices in the workplace.
